If You’re Looking To Return Or Exchange Your Order For Whatever Reason, We’re Here To Help!
We offer no return but exchange only. The item will be exchanged only if you have received a defective or damaged product. You can exchange the bought item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the label it comes up with. The label should have your name and address clearly visible.
- Send us a clear image of the defective or damaged part of the product.
- Send all items back that came with your order.
Some Additional Information Regarding Exchange:
- After approval, we will schedule a pick-up from your address and send back you the replacement as soon as the defective product reaches us.
- Customers will not have to pay any extra fee for this process.
- Although if you add more items along with your exchange, you might have to pay an extra shipping fee whatever is applicable.
- We will send you a confirmation once we ship you your exchanged item.
