Clear guidance for returns, cancellations, and refunds on your Swayambhu Comics order.

This policy applies to purchases made from Swayambhu Comics. If you need help with an order, email help@swayambhucomics.in.
We accept a return only when a physical comic arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong comic was sent. Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the package and comic.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind, damage caused after delivery, or normal wear from use. Eligible return shipping will be paid by Swayambhu Comics, and the original shipping charge will also be refunded.
Digital comics are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange after delivery or download.
If we send the wrong comic, contact us within 24 hours with photographs. After verification, we will arrange the appropriate return if required and issue a refund. Eligible return shipping will be paid by us.
Orders cannot be exchanged once they have been shipped.
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched, either through the order portal where available or by emailing us. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds, including refunds for eligible undelivered orders, will be sent to the original payment method. Once we process a refund, it may take up to 7 days to appear. Timing can vary depending on the bank or payment provider. If an unexpected delay occurs, contact us and our team will assist.
