Everything you need to know about processing, delivery, tracking, and international orders.

This policy applies to orders placed with Swayambhu Comics. For shipping help, email help@swayambhucomics.in.
We deliver throughout India. Orders are usually processed and handed to the shipping partner within 3 working days.
We can ship worldwide. International orders require a custom shipping quote before the order is confirmed. Email us with the destination and the comics you wish to purchase. Any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping partner. Any delivery estimate is indicative and may change because of circumstances outside our control.
The shipping partner will normally send tracking details and status updates to the contact number or email supplied with the order. If you have not received tracking information, email us with your order number and we will help you obtain it.
If your package or physical comic arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the package and affected comic. Our team will review the claim and provide the best available solution under our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If an order is unexpectedly delayed or is not delivered, contact us with your order number. We will check the shipment with the shipping partner. When the carrier confirms that an eligible shipment is lost or undeliverable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Once we process an approved refund, it may take up to 7 days to appear. Timing can vary depending on the bank or payment provider. If an unexpected delay occurs, contact our team for assistance.
