Pencils, inks, colors and pixels : these are his superpowers. Deepjoy currently resides (and always been residing) in a small town of Arunachal Pradesh called Tezu. Art has always been his staple hobby but gradually it possessed him, took over his mind and made him a professional one. He began his career with Bullseye press’ title Dracula (2020-2021) and now he currently does two more titles : Zaalim Manjha and Raj Rehman for the same publisher. Other than that he loves to do pin ups and covers for other publishers whenever time allows. He has done multiple covers for Swayambhu comics, chapter cover for Yali dream creations’ Code name Alpha 97, covers for Chitragatha comics and other new age indie Indian publishers over the years. He also takes commissions where he gets to do plenty of experimental works on blank variants covers which is refreshing according to him. Other than that he is a visual artist who believes in the expression of inner thoughts through his sketchbooks and journals.
